Caitlin Seager collaborates with artists on songwriting and production. One of her most important qualities is a genuine love for helping artists develop their vision, identity, and creativity. Caitlin Seager's passion for guiding artists in honing their artistry sets her apart and makes her an excellent choice for singers and songwriters seeking to affirm and establish themselves.

“Whether you are looking to expand your vocal skills and musicality, preparing for a tour or recording session, putting your songs together or ready to record and get them produced, I am here to assist you in your journey and make sure it goes your way, how you envisioned it and better.”

Her musical journey began in Paris, France where she grew up. She studied classical piano at a Conservatory and completed a Certificate in Performing Arts. At 18, Caitlin moved to New York where she graduated with a BFA in Jazz Vocal Performance. Soon after she got immersed in the rock scene where as a performer, she has sold out NYC venues such as Mercury Lounge and the late 285 and Glasslands. She has also played at venues such as Bowery Ballroom and Webster Hall, along with participating in festivals such as SXSW in Austin, Texas. She has recorded and released original music through Firetalk Records (USA) and a sold out EP with Big Love Records (Japan).

In 2019, Caitlin Seager opened her own private vocal studio, The Vocal Shed, NY. She expanded her studies in voice pedagogy by attending ESTILL voice training and Somatic Voice Work, Speech Language Pathology and Audiology classes at Hunter College of NY. She also went into observation with Dr. Carly Schiff (Singing Voice Specialist) at Columbia Medical Center. For the past two years, she has been blessed to be one of the very few to be mentored by reknown voice expert, Dr. Ana Zuim. Her dedication to expanding her studies in voice pedagogy through training programs and observation with experienced professionals showcases her continuous growth and commitment to excellence.

Very quickly and organically, The Vocal Shed NY evolved into a writing and production house. Seager has done commission work as a composer and singer for major companies such as HBO, Ultra Records (Sony) Gimme Butter Music and Sound and Warner Chapel. She has worked in some of the best studios in New York such as The Hit Factory and Flux Studio and assisted legendary producer and engineer Wayne Trevisani.

Be on the look out! She will be releasing music again in 2024! She is preparing a pretty intense album. “Kinda weird but wow damn” is the most common reaction so far. She’s excited.
